The 198 rooms and suites, spread across seven wings, are decorated in an understated and elegant style. All have a marble bathroom, flat screen TV, WiFi and open-plan bedroom and sitting area, and some also have a balcony. Junior Suites are more spacious and include an iPod docking station, while Studio Suites are bigger still and offer a combined bedroom and lounge area; Deluxe Studio Suites are perfect for families as they sleep up to four persons. For a separate living room, upgrade to a One Bedroom Suite, where the second room can be turned into a bedroom for kids. Interconnecting rooms are also available. The lavish Presidential Suite has a separate dining area, large living room, balcony with sun loungers, kitchenette, stylish 1930s baccarat crystal light fittings and an original desk from 1899, the year the hotel opened. The Garden Cottage Suites are housed within a row of restored cottages near The Cottage Pool, and each have their own rose garden enclosed by a picket fence, making them perfect for couples and honeymooners.
